Nevaeh is based in Johannesburg, South Africa. We have a collection option at checkout.
Local Delivery of R75 includes door-to-door courier service nationally.
Shipping takes between 3 to 7 working days after date of dispatch.
National Delivery is also available (Cape Town, KZN, Port Elizabeth etc.) and includes door-to-door courier service for R130.00
You can pay via internet transfer or with your credit/debit card via YOCO. Please follow instructions on the checkout page.
Once ordered you will receive an Invoice confirming your order and the status of your delivery.
While we do not exchange or refund our goods for change of heart, Nevaeh wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If there is anything you are unhappy with and if you wish to return a product, please follow the instructions on our Returns Page.
There are a few things to keep in mind when returning stock you purchased online from Nevaeh: You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Items have to be in their original condition, as when they were handed over to the respected courier / shipping service. Any items that have been personalised, custom made or assembled cannot be returned. You will also need to state the reason for your return and a picture of your item will need to be taken and sent to info@nevaehlifestyle.co.za before shipping.
If your goods have arrived with any quality issue you feel is deemed unacceptable, please contact us immediately so we can take the necessary action. Our warranty period for faulty items is 5 working days. Please note that normal wear and tear or incorrect washing is not a fault.
