Packages over 30 kg – R 85 + R10 per additional kg

MAIN CITIES COURIER
(Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Kimberly, Ladysmith, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Potchefstroom, Welkom, Witbank)

Packages over 2 kg – R105 + R48 per additional kg

SPECIAL TRIP
Should your location fall under a special trip, as defined by the courier guy, your shipping will not be automatically calculated by the website. please forward your order confirmation to info@nevaehlifestyle.co.za and one of our team members will get back to you shortly with a courier price.
Please do not make payment before you have a courier cost as you will then have to make a separate payment just for the courier fee.

OUTSIDE SOUTH AFRICA
We currently do not offer any shipping outside of South African borders.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Your shipment will be assigned a Tracking Number upon collection. Please note: this Tracking number is not automatically forwarded to you, but you may request this at any time. We do track all shipments on our side and will alert you of any delay via email or phone call. We ship exclusively via Fastway. The time frame is 7-10 working days for shipping.

DAMAGES
Nevaeh is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us via info@nevaehlifestyle.co.za. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and please take photos for future reference.

COLLECTION
You may collect your order from our premises upon completion.

Order Processing & Delivery

From receipt of payment dispatch of certain items takes 3 – 5 working days, during special occasions such as Christmas season and Valentine’s Day this may be extended by two working days due to the high volume of orders. Items that need to be specially made up will take 2 – 3 working weeks.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY
Please note, that orders will not be processed, dispatched or delivered on a public holiday in South Africa. Public holidays will delay the delivery of your order by at least one day.

TRACKING NUMBER
Tracking numbers will be emailed to our customers once we have handed your package over for delivery.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Please note that our courier companies are not able to deliver to P.O Boxes. We will also not be held responsible for incorrect delivery details supplied when checking out. Please note that if you select our courier option, somebody will need to sign for the parcel.

CONDITION OF GOODS
Nevaeh will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. You may request for us to take a picture which will be date stamped, of your items before they are sealed in their final packaging, but cannot ensure that the goods arrive at your chosen delivery address in the same good order and thus do not take responsibility for damage to items during transit.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
For all international orders placed outside of South Africa, Nevaeh will not be held liable for import taxes and duties into your country. 

Returns & Refunds

Nevaeh wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please see below:

A – Standard Return Policy
There are a few things to keep in mind when returning your stock you purchased online from Nevaeh :

  • You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Items have to be in their original condition, as when they were handed over to the respected courier/shipping service.

  • The packaging does not need to be intact.

  • Any items that have been personalized, custom-made, or assembled cannot be returned.

  • You will need to state the reason for your return and a picture of your purchase will need to be taken and sent to info@nevaehlifestyle.co.za before shipping.

B – Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that items are delivered defective from Nevaeh and there is no clear damage to the item from the courier company, you will need to take pictures of your items within 24hours of receiving your goods. Pictures of your defective item will need to be sent to info@nevaehlifestyle.co.za. If the items are delivered defective, Nevaeh will refund you your full amount or replace the items that you ordered. If the items are not reported defective within 24 hours of receiving them, then we will not be able to refund or exchange your order.

C – How to return your items

  • Returns expense will be covered by the customer.

  • Products must be couriered to the following address: (email will be sent with delivery address)

D – Refunds & Exchange

  • Items can be exchanged for their initial purchase value, if there is an item you wish to have that has a higher value, you can pay the difference.

  • Refunds will be done via EFT, once we have accepted the item for a refund, customers will have to send us their banking details.
